The mini egg variation

I know it is cheeky to post the same recipe with mini eggs stuck on top, but they came out so beautifully I had to put them here!

We had a pack of mini eggs left over from Easter as well as other chocolate which I didn’t want to expire so this seemed like the perfect solution!

So this is the recipe here

Once you have the mixture ready to spoon out onto a baking sheet, use two wet teaspoons to put dollops of the mixture on the tray and then push 3 mini eggs into each one.

Because they are small bake for 8mins at 150c fan setting.
